• An account is required to book and manage appointments through the website.

4. Queue Information

• Patients may join the clinic queue without creating or logging into an account.
• When joining the queue, QueueFlow+ may collect information necessary to create and manage the queue entry, such as the selected service and a patient-provided nickname.
• The system may assign a queue number and maintain information about the patient’s position and status in the queue.

5. Public Queue Monitor

• The clinic may use a public Queue Monitor to inform patients when their turn is approaching or when they are being called.
• The Queue Monitor may display limited information such as the patient’s queue number, nickname, and queue status.
• Full names, email addresses, phone numbers, account information, and other unnecessary personal information will not be intentionally displayed on the public Queue Monitor.
• Patients should avoid using sensitive personal information as their queue nickname.

6. Location Information

• QueueFlow+ may request access to a patient’s device location when the patient attempts to use the Join Queue feature.
• Location information is used to determine whether the patient is within the permitted geographic area for joining the clinic queue.
• If location permission is denied or the patient is outside the permitted area, the Join Queue feature may not be available.
• Location information will only be used as necessary for location verification and will not be used for unrelated tracking purposes.

7. How We Protect Your Information

• M Dental by Metrodent takes reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
